So, what does somebody do to celebrate their 31st birthday in Zimbabwe?
Well, it being a lazy Sunday, we started off with two episodes of 'Hustle', a British series we've began watching. Then we went to buy some groceries, including a chicken to prepare for lunch, with my famous lemon-oven recipe. After spending 120USD in the supermarket, we drove up to Caroline and Andy's house, where they watched the tennis competition of n° 1 and 2 off the world, Nadal and Federer playing in Melbourne (while I am taking advantage to use their internet).
Once this is over, we've sort of invited ourselves over at Mia and Michel, an elderly Belgian couple that we like very much, and who happen to be the fortunate owners of a Belgian-style deepfryer, so we are going to enjoy some classic Belgian fries, together with the chicken that I am currently preparing....
Rest of the day, we haven't made to many plans yet. Maybe go out to a nice restaurant tonight, it has been a while we went out to eat. Anyway, it'll be all up to Thomas, cause today is his special day, and it all revolves around him...
